Folks, we just got back may 17 from this trip and we bought around 3000 discontinued case knives, still mint in very crisp condition original issue boxes. 95% of these knives still had the factory wrapping ppaer undisturbed. This knife for auction is the rare case 2001 issue amber bone tony bose sowbelly, 3 3/4 closed. The master clip blade is tang stamped with case xx with 5 x's and 4 dots, dating this as a 2001 issue case knife.The rear atng of the sheepfoot blade is pattern stamped with usa t. B. 6339 ss. Teh t. B. In the pattern stamp gives recognition to tony bose, the knifemaker who worked alongside w. R. Case & sons in deevloping this pattern. The blades are produced with case tru sharp surgical cutlery steel and the front side of the handle features the nickel silver case xx script style oval shield. Please see the supersize photos.
